あなたとわたしの萬音百夜

コントラバス奏者の内山和重氏による、百夜連続の独奏会。特徴的なのが、弾く側も一人ですが、聴く側も一人であることでした。コロナ禍における新しい演奏会のありかたが模索された末の方法ですが、結果としてそれが、生の音楽がひとりひとりに語りかけるように紡がれていく素晴らしい企画となりました。
百夜すべて聴き手が異なり、更に彼自身が毎日築き上げていく時間が積み重なり、一日たりとも同じ演奏にならない。躍動する墨の筆跡が、百個の丸の中で自在にうごめき、それぞれの夜が生まれる様子をデザインしました。
紙はFSC森林認証紙を選択。管理や伐採が環境や地域社会に配慮して行なわれている森林のパルプが使われています。

For Dialogue, 100 days live by Monologue “MANON-HYAKUYA”

This is a solo concert continuing for 100 nights in a row by contrabass player Kazushige Uchiyama. What is unusual about it is that it features not just only one artist, but also only one listener. Although it was originally tried out as the last way of holding some new form of concert during the COVID-19 pandemic, it ended up becoming a wonderful project in which live music could be played for each individual.
Since each listener is different on each of the hundred nights, and since the player himself builds on the time spent after every day, the daily performance is never the same. The design shows the birth of each night, with the dynamic ink handwriting moving around freely inside the hundred circles.
For paper, FSC-certified paper is selected. Pulp is used from forests where management and logging are conducted with concern for the environment and regional community.
